Euno is a meditation and mindfulness app that provides guided sessions, breathing exercises, and ambient audio meditations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

Euno is a wellness tool intended for general mindfulness and relaxation purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any mental health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

You agree not to misuse Euno — including using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or circumventing any security or technical measures.

Your session history, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of this data due to device failure, factory reset, or app uninstallation. Back up your device if this data is important to you.

The audio meditations and guided sessions provided in Euno are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the audio content without permission.

The Euno app, name, logo, design, and all related content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our branding or intellectual property without written permission.

Euno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euno and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

These terms are between you and Euno only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to Euno. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms take precedence with respect to your use of the App Store.

Your use of the Euno app is also subject to Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, or if we wind down the service. You may stop using Euno at any time by uninstalling the app.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Euno operates, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Euno after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
