Privacy Policy

Euno is designed to work entirely offline. Your session history, streak, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device only, using your device's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

We may collect basic, anonymous crash and diagnostic data to maintain app stability (e.g. crash logs, OS version, device type). This data cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not sell this data.

Euno does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. You do not need to provide your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

The minimal diagnostic data we collect is used solely to identify and fix crashes and technical issues that affect the app experience. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Some guided audio meditations are streamed from third-party CDN servers when you have an internet connection. Streaming a file may cause a standard network request to the CDN, which may log your IP address as part of normal CDN operation. You can avoid this by downloading audio for offline use before playing.

Euno is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data independently under their own privacy policy. Any diagnostic crash reporting is handled by Apple's built-in crash reporting infrastructure.

Because all personal data (your session history, favorites, and settings) is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by using the "Reset history" option in the app's Settings tab, or by uninstalling the app entirely.

Euno may request access to device haptics for subtle tactile feedback during sessions. No permission is required for core app functionality. You can manage any requested permissions in your device settings at any time.

Euno is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.

Because we do not collect identifiable personal data, most data rights requests (access, correction, deletion) can be fulfilled directly from the app. If you have questions about data we may hold related to crash reporting, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of Euno after changes constitutes acceptance.
